Companion app for the PebbleSky watchface.

Three screens, cycled with the Up and Down buttons:
- 2-hour precipitation: bar timeline, rain countdown, and precipitation probability
- 5-day forecast: condition icon with daily high and low
- Now: location, temperature, feels-like, wind, and humidity

Opens from the watchface via Quick Launch.

Configurable:
- Weather source: Open-Meteo (no API key) or Tomorrow.io (API key)
- Temperature units (°F / °C)
- Accent and warning colors

A weather watchface for the Pebble Time 2.

Displays:
- Time and date
- Current temperature and the day's high
- Weather condition icon
- A 2-hour precipitation forecast as a bar timeline, with a "rain in N min" countdown that updates every minute
- Step count
- Battery level

- Clock (12 / 24 hour)
- Date order (M/D or D/M)

The companion app, PebbleSky Detail, adds an expanded precipitation view, a 5-day forecast, and current conditions.
