Tactile inspired watch face.  Upper group of 4 white dots indicate the hour and lower group of 4 white dots indicate the minutes (in 5 minute increments). White dot on the right indicates PM.
Example:
All dark = 0000
All white = 2355
Upper left white = 0100
Upper right white = 0200
Upper row and third row white and PM indicator = 1725
Upper left and right dot on second row white = 0900
