No, the config page isn't real yet; I built over the tutorials. No shame in it,,, right?

Inspired by the standard "sunflower" warning light for British railroad equipment's Automatic Warning System. Does not interact with real speed boards or signals, so instead of a magnet, segments light up with the time.

Outer "petals" light up with the hours. Inner petals count minutes in base 2, with the least significant bit to the right of bottom dead center and the most significant to the left; so read it as if it were LTR and MSB first, but rolled down over the hub of the wheel. Add bit place values counterclockwise (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32) as illuminated. Screenshots show 6:11 (petals lit through 6 o'clock angle, and 1+2+0+8+0+0 = 11 minutes).

TODOs include many customizations. I was fixated on getting the concept out first, including to y'all Gabbro haver weirdos (affectionate).
