The hour: the number the short hand points at. 
The minutes: remember what the number the long hand points at means in a normal clock; 3 stands for 15, 10 for 50 etc. A little before 3 means 13 or 14...

Based on an original concept invented by Yuval Eshet (YESHET) + Fowler's clean Modern design.

Esperanto version of the Text Watch, this one includes week number. Install this version if you're a big corporate guy, who can't forget what week of the year it is ;-)
Other than that, same as the _d version: date, watch battery level, vibrate on bluetooth disconnect.
