Description

Gives the time as well as the current height of the Bitcoin Block Chain.  Useful if you are using nLockTime in your Bitcoin transaction builds and need to know the current height ("time") of the Block Chain.  Basically came out of a group discussion at Blockchain University (http://www.blockchainu.co/) as we needed a way to determine relative time during the creation of various DApp's.
