Changelog

Version 0.8.0.12026-09-12T17:57:42.4

Liked the improved UI, so populated more windows with it

Version 0.8.02026-09-12T12:10:01.816

Preserves daily totals beyond 64 drink details. Adds history corrections, missed drinks, three presets, reminder pause/off, overnight schedules, optional US fluid ounces, target/source explanations, local CSV export and guarded history clear.

Fixes failed-save feedback, capacity Undo, alarm replacement/collisions, stale settings acknowledgements, snooze resets, forecast coverage, blank coordinates, and preset/custom target handling. Activity now compares matching local-time windows. Week scores completed tracked days and marks partial legacy history.

Aligns Home labels with the buttons: smaller 90-degree labels on Time 2 and curved labels on Round 2. A large translucent symbol shows paused reminders over Home information, preserving goal and error status. Improves circular rendering and underwater contrast, long-title fitting, phone accessibility, mobile layout, reduced motion and calm completed states. New Store banner: Water, at your pace.

Native v1-v3 storage migrates conservatively; already-lost drink detail cannot be recovered. Direct Alloy 0.3.x upgrades start fresh.

Version 0.7.12026-09-01T15:23:49.065

Improved settings navigation and controls. It was annoying before. Now it's less so.

Version 0.7.02026-08-31T17:17:43.383

Bloop 0.7.0 — changes since 0.3.x

The watch runtime is now native C, replacing the Alloy/XS virtual machine that could exhaust memory. History is bounded and checksummed, writes use two-bank recovery, animation uses one timer, and the watch performs no dynamic allocation or floating-point work.

Added Pebble Round 2 alongside Pebble Time 2 in one PBW, with a dedicated 260 × 260 circular presentation. Both targets support taps and vertical swipes while retaining every action through the physical Top, Middle, and Bottom buttons.

Added immediate undo, guarded delete-last, watch and phone settings, reliable full-settings synchronization, per-day goal history, and an optional adaptive target. Activity uses a learned Pebble Health reference. Heat uses one phone-side daily temperature/humidity attempt on a natural connection, with no polling loop. Automatic changes are bounded and never alter reminder frequency.

Settings are now discoverable by holding Middle on Home or going Bottom to Today, Bottom to Rhythm, then Middle. The Pebble phone app gear exposes the complete profile, reminder, activity, weather, and location setup.

Moving directly from an Alloy 0.3.x build starts the native app with fresh on-watch history and settings; old 0.3.x data is not imported. Native 0.4–0.6 history and base settings migrate in place.

Version 0.4.02026-08-19T08:05:52.998

Version 0.4.0 rebuilds Bloop as a native C watch app. It keeps quick and custom logging, immediate undo, guarded deletion, Today/Rhythm/Week summaries, on-watch settings, reminders, and the water animation while removing the Alloy runtime.

This is a one-package upgrade. Drink history and settings from the 0.3.x Alloy beta are intentionally not transferred; Bloop opens with a fresh history and default settings after installation.

The 23 KB PBW uses fixed-size storage, bounded loops, one reusable UI timer, and no release telemetry. Validated in the emulator. A final physical Pebble Time 2 battery test is still in progress.

Version 0.3.32026-08-15T14:22:39.023

Bloop beta 0.3.3

This beta includes quick and custom drink logging, immediate undo, guarded deletion of the latest history entry, reminder rescheduling after corrections, Today/Rhythm/Week summaries, and on-watch settings.

Version 0.3.3 completes a watch-memory and hot-loop audit. The packaged app is 49 KB, its analytics now use bounded single-pass loops, transient animation state is reused, and release telemetry is disabled.

Validated in the Emery and Pebble Time 2. Battery and long-duration reminder pass is still in progress.
