Fixed bug where warnings don't clear properly.
Cache weather locally. Clean up code (use COLOR_FALLBACK macro).
Fixed up notification messages and some colours.
Expanded list of cities that can be selected. Config/setting page will default to Winnipeg. And it will not remember your selection if you change it (sorry).
