On shake show stats screen - you can enter up to 5 lines of your own text. Text can contain placeholders that are replaced with stats on the watch:

%steps% - steps taken 👟
%calories% - calories burned 🔥
%distance% - distance walked 🚶
%heartrate% - heart rate ❤️
%battery% - battery charge 🔋

E.g. if you enter "Today I did %steps% steps" - the watch will show  "Today I did 2458 steps" if you took 2458 steps. Please keep these lines short as space is limited.
