Increased font size of date, weather condition, and temp fields per a users request

Updated to work with Aplite for the OG pebble and pebble steel.
-Adjusted size and position of date and weather section to give a tiled effect
-Removed AM/PM Text
-Removed battery percentage text
-Reduced Size of Battery bar
-Battery Bar Colors: >50%: Green, 30%-50%: Yellow, <=20%: Red
Bar at the bottom now functions as battery meter.
-Weather updates every 30 min
-Changed size of blue weather portion
-Moved battery percentage right just a hair.
