Fixes: finished races are no longer shown as cancelled when the results service is busy, the Pebble 2 Duo layout fits again, and a failed results load says so instead of loading forever.
During a live session the results service has no data until it ends: the app now shows which session is running, how long is left, and a note to come back for the results, instead of an error.
