Removed the unnecessary BST option
FFXIV Time is now a native Pebble Time citizen! No new Time exclusive features. Yet...
Changed 12 hour display mode so there's no leading 0. Added in option to show AM/PM on 12 hour watch faces.
Happy days, it's the initial public release!
