2.2 - fixed bug which stopped day of the week showing when no internet at first start

1.2 - fixed bug that stopped watchface realising bluetooth was not connected if launched when bluetooth is turned off or out of range.
1.1 - If weather cannot be loaded within 60 seconds (due to no bluetooth or internet connection) the day of the week will be displayed until connection is re-established.

Known bug: currently no timeout on weather grab (will continue to show 'loading...' until connection regained).
