Slightly nicer test pattern.
First public release! Configuration screen accepts entry of a twitter handle. Watch face loads the corresponding twitter profile image. A test pattern image is displayed while image loads, and remains if image loading does not succeed (such as when the network is unavailable). Simple digital watch shows the time.
