New: Pebble 2 Duo support
The watchface now runs on Pebble 2 Duo (flint, 144x168). Layout scales proportionally to screen height - all elements reposition automatically. On the smaller screen the bottom scanline grid is hidden to free up space for the health row.
The heart rate cell (BPM) is not shown on Pebble 2 Duo as it has no optical HR sensor. The health row shows three cells instead of four: STP / CAL / KM.
Improved: AM/PM indicator
In 12-hour mode the AM/PM indicator now shows both labels simultaneously. The active period is bright cyan, the inactive one is barely visible - acting as a passive indicator rather than plain text. The block is vertically centred alongside the time digits.
