Heart rate is now measured the entire time the app is open - fast HRM sampling (~1 s) runs on the idle screen too, not just during the countdown.
## GymClock 2.1.0
### Health tracking
- **Faster heart rate updates** — while a workout is running, GymClock
asks the sensor for ~1 s sampling so the BPM reading keeps up with your
effort. It returns to the normal rate as soon as you pause or stop, to
spare the battery.
- **Calories & active time** — a new stats line at the bottom of the
screen shows the calories burned and active time for the current
workout, updated live (only shown while training).
### Workout resume
- If the app is closed mid-workout (e.g. you open another app), GymClock
now **picks the timer back up where it should be** on relaunch instead
of resetting — fast-forwarding through any work/rest intervals that
elapsed while it was away, and showing a brief "Resumed" banner.
### Controls
- While paused, a **single DOWN press resets** the workout.
### Notes
- Heart rate readings need a watch with a heart-rate sensor (Pebble
Time 2, Pebble 2). Calories and active time use the built-in health
data and work on all health-capable models.Reset timer
