Several bug fixes and improvements, including: Fixed 12/24 hour setting bug; 12/24 hour now reflects the pebble Time & Date setting; Swapped config site for Pebble Clay (enabling faster and offline access to settings); Updates to package format to conform to SDK 3 format (for anyone who wants to help me refine and add features to this).
