Fixed background color update bug: Background color now updates immediately after a configuration update, instead of waiting for the next minute tick.
Added better handling of "colors" on B/W watches: Color configuration on B/W watches now only allows selecting of background color, and the color of other visual elements are automatically selected to be the opposite (black-on-white or white-on-black).
Vibration motor pulses on Bluetooth disconnect.
