Description

The rings of blocks are: minutes, seconds, and hours.  Counting boxes starts in the top left corner, and then goes clockwise around the center of the watch. Seconds and Minutes are counted with 60 boxes, with 16 being in each side.  Hours are counted with 12 boxes, with 4 being on each side.  Unlike seconds and minutes, hours starts on 12 in the top left, not 1.
