Wrong URL in settings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Cleaned up the settings page a bit by collapsing the sections. And the WEEKNR tile now has a second option for the Offset week-nr: use your own CSV scheme.

And also did some optimisations for battery use
Cleaned up several old lines of code... and:
Two new Tiles! (actually three and Emery only of course)
-Heart rate has now become Average heart rate tile
-A Resting HR tile
-A split Current HR (last sample) / Resting HR tile
Decided to bite the bullet and ditch the current custom Battery tile wit gauges in favor of another free (fourth) slot, bottom right.
-So the battery gauges are gone now.... 🥲
-But I made a new replacement BATT tile (the 2-line type) to pick from the list (still shows CHR when charging for the phone)
Some more minor adjustments 😊 #OCD
Some more small fixes and another two new Tiles:
-UV Index and UV/Smog
The usual small visual fixes :)
-And a new WIND tile
Big Update! Selectable Live Tiles! The lower left three square Tiles can be set by the user. Available Tiles:
-Air quality
-Daily steps
-Daily sleep total
-Moon phase
-Rain forecast for coming hour
-Heart rate (most recent sample)
-Calories burned today
-Sunrise/sunset times
-Week numbers (ISO and a custom offset week nr)
Some Tiles will have related settings sections.
Internal architecture change in preperation of more live tiles!
Changed AQI from raw number to something that actually means something to a human being now... 😉
Tile flip speed increased (was too slow)
Cached weather & location, so watchface redraws instantly and completely (except battery gauges) on every return, and refreshes when data is in.
Now supports Basalt too (Time / Time Steel)
Extra Sleep tile fix for double digit hours sleepers
Fix: Reinstated the 'm' on the Sleep tile, there was actually still some room... 😎
Settings screen text at bottom also translates to sys locale now.
Did a bit of localisation:
-Weekday now follows Pebble language setting (supports: en/fr/de/es/it/nl/pt)
-DD/MM or MM/DD user settable (since Pebble knows only en_US)
-Fixed that 12h clock was missing its AM/PM label
-Weather tile can now be set to either °C or °F
The phone battery status will now show 'CHRG' when phone is charging. The bar will still reflect percentage.
Battery Tile now shows both the watch AND the phone battery levels!

Lower right arrow now matches actual WP8 design
