Fixed lack of leading zeroes past 12pm. Did I mention I'm a moron that only programs and writes when I shouldn't, i.e. 19 waking hours into a day? I had the time parse for adding zeroes always set to use 24 hour time instead of following settings. (And because 24 hour time always has two hour digits past 1200, it'll never add that zero...)

Realised the dark spaces for the frequency numbers made it hard to read when backlit, made it toggleable.

Futzed with text alignments so they're properly anchored for future changes
Adjusted overlay (really it's an underlay) image so text elements less crowded
Changed top right date format from DDD dd YYYY to DDD dd MMM because I think we know the year
Added a more matching font for the codec frequency

Little degree symbol next to the weather temp
Leading digit AM/PM indicator distinguished so it no longer overlaps/gets mistaken as 24 hour time, and it doesn't change size, but whether it changes can now be toggled on and off. (Off by default)
