minor update to settings page to remove duplicate option
Added option to show minor ticks every minute, 15 minutes or 30 minutes (thank you to volksen via github)
fixed missing grey shadow on analogue hand on black & white watches
V2 adds ability to swap minutes and hours, and to modify the size & style of the analogue hand
Hands length has been tweaked to make more similar on round and rect watches. Hands centre made slightly larger on PT2 and PR2. Removed AMPM visible option, as it's not required. Sorted out the default colours
V1.5 adds a Rectangular face option for rectangular watches (tickmarks and minute hand follow the edge of the screen)
