Added color for compatible watchfaces and combined bitmaps using tags.
Minor bug fix - compiler was allowing get_sign_inx to be called with no parameters though it requires an int.
Changed app icon, added banner resources, commented source code and made it available on GitHub.
Adds support for Google Time Round (Chalk).
