Layout fixes for PT2. Settings to change vibration style. Changed settings to clay-based (no external webserver used anymore).
Watchapp settings page: Initially settings for vibration and inverted (dark) theme. More settings/customizations to come later.
Also latest companion app supports watchapp autolaunching.

Layout updates: progress bar now longer and positioned between middle and bottom. ETA centered.
