v0.23 - settings : added settings reset option, added option to hide leading zero at front of hour and/or date, option to hide "AM"
v0.22 - battery life / settings update improved, added option to hide seconds and improve battery life even further, added option to make hour display much larger, previous settings will be deleted
change the way how images are drawn (not using .png anymore) (app size - was 35KB, now 18KB), settings : battery display style, watchface will load quicker now, moved bluetooth icon
