- Polly can now speak much longer sentences: long phrases that used to fail with "Audio too large" or get cut short now play in full.
- Dictated sentences and preset quick phrases are no longer truncated mid-sentence (now up to 200 characters).
- More reliable speech: the TTS audio is streamed to the speaker as it arrives instead of being buffered all at once.
- **Button-hint icons** an on-watch action bar shows what each button does:
`?` (ask AI, UP),
microphone (dictate, SELECT),
list (quick phrases, DOWN).
**BACK returns to Polly** from an error or busy screen, BACK now goes back to the idle start page instead of quitting the app.
**Ask-AI (UP button)** dictate a question and Polly speaks a short answer, powered by the **free Google Gemini** tier (`gemini-2.5-flash-lite`).
**Quick phrases (DOWN button)** set up to four fixed phrases in Settings and pick one from an on-watch menu to speak instantly, no dictation needed.
**Livelier idle parrot** added sideways steps, hops, head-bobs/looks and a wing-flap on top of the original blink/tilt.
