- Put Orientation first in Settings, with explicit Vertical and Horizontal choices.
- Show a separate Buttons: Bottom / Top setting only in Horizontal mode.
- Remember the horizontal button position when switching to Vertical and back, including after reopening the app.
- Preserve existing Top/Bottom selections, alarms and scores when upgrading; default the first Horizontal selection to Bottom.
- Add a short screen-setup page to on-watch Help.
