Watchface
Description
Heavily inspired by work from Branta Games (https://www.youtube.com/@brantagames). Branta put out some really cool videos about an effect they were working on where the pixels would move in various direction, and in the movement you would perceive shapes. Branta referenced this as the Pulfrich Effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulfrich_effect) I made the cursed decision and made a watchface with the idea. It's quite hard to read, and I don't think it's a very good "watchface", but it's a cool concept to implement on the Pebble. The features set up so far: - B/W vs Color - Pixel direction (I've found "up" to be the most reasonable, but... dealers choice. - Inner vs outer animation (Inner means the text 'moves', outer means the background 'moves') - Date and Weather (good luck reading it through lmao) - Idle settings (Either full color "paused animation" idle, or a fade in/fade out to black. - Currently only Time 2 and Round 2. The smaller watches broke down with the way I did numbers, so I'll have to figure out some toggles for the various smaller faces. No reason it wouldn't work, but going to take some effort. To note, it's not just noise, and it's not an autostereogram. It should be visible without any eye tricks, just hard to read.
