Added slight screen offsets to allow the corner text to display correctly on time steel models
Added simple vibrate on bluetooth state change. Single vibrate when bluetooth disconnects and again when connects. Handy as an unobtrusive notification when you leave your phone behind.
Fixed battery level bug, now shows battery level correctly again
