Small fix related to hourly vibration.
Fixed the hourly vibration again :(
- fix a vibration interval bug; - added a custom text when charging the battery; - added persistent storage for weather text.
Done some code refactoring. Added option to change hourly vibration interval and option to configure vibration styles.
