LightningMon v2.2
Added
- 1-hour PM2.5 panel. Press DOWN to switch the lower panel between the
24-hour PSI and NEA's 1-hour PM2.5 reading in ug/m3, colour-coded by
band: Normal, Elevated, High, Very High
- A badge in the panel's bottom-right corner reads 24H or 1H, so it is
always clear which reading is on screen
- Your choice of panel is remembered across restarts, alongside the
theme
Changed
- The region shortens to its initial when the full name will not fit, so
a three-digit haze reading no longer runs off the screen
LightningMon v2.1
Added
- PSI air quality for your region, picked automatically from GPS and
colour-coded by band
- Light and dark themes — short press SELECT to switch; your choice is
remembered across restarts
- Data age indicator showing time since the last successful update, turning
red past six minutes
Changed
- Lightning display rebuilt around a 0–20km distance ruler. The nearest strike
is a marker on the scale, so you can see a storm approaching or receding
between refreshes
- Distance is now the headline figure: "2.4 km" replaces "VERY CLOSE (2.4km)"
- Removed the separate colour legend — the ruler's zones explain themselves
- PSI region merged into the reading, so it shows as "PSI 69-East" over the
band name
Fixed
- PSI updates no longer overwrite the lightning status
- Lightning and PSI messages no longer collide; PSI is sent once the watch
confirms receipt of the lightning update, rather than after a fixed delay
- Removed a duplicate fetch at startup
