Fix: Settings labels now follow switches between am/pm and 24h modes.
New: Optionally limit "Update every second" to chosen hours to save battery.
Bug fix: countdown to nightfall now counts down correctly to 00:01.
First release. The band and the three boxes are configurable -- set them on the settings page.
