New settings page: background, foreground and mark colors, night mode with its own color, and weekday language (automatic, German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish). Weekday and date are now white by default. Fixes the weekday showing as dots on Mondays.
Weekday and date are now shown at the same larger size as Simple Classic, for better readability.
