Fix UV Index since epa.gov changed the URL
Fixed a bug which caused crashing when returning to watchface from other apps.
Fixed calculation for the optional alternate time zone (in settings you can choose to show a different time zone instead of the weather).
However, Daylight Savings Time or other seasonal time differences may cause the time to be incorrect for your chosen location. After choosing a time zone, make sure to confirm that the time displayed on your watch is correct before relying on it!
