- Missing or stale UV data now assumes High UV and recommends a 60 minute reapply, instead of falling back to the longest 120 minute interval.
- Reapply time follows the worst of the current reading and the next 90 minutes, so a currently high UV is no longer discounted by a falling forecast.
- Replaced "3H PEAK" with a "90M" outlook, plus an arrow showing whether UV is rising, falling, or holding steady.
- Hold DOWN to refresh the forecast, with an "UPDATING..." indicator while the phone fetches.
- The no-data state is always visible, including while a timer is running, and reads "NO DATA / ASSUMING HIGH UV" instead of a silent "WAITING".
- The hourly view is hidden when there is no forecast, and you are no longer stranded on an empty screen if data expires while viewing it.
