- Fixed NWS's hourly wind speed showing as flat 0 (was taking just the low end of range-formatted text like "0 to 10 mph")
- Added hourly UV index as a new option for the "no rain chance" fallback metric
- When using NWS as your weather source, wind and UV now come entirely from Open-Meteo instead of NWS's own less reliable data
- Fixed a bug where a single failed network request could zero out wind/UV data until the next scheduled refresh — now caches the last good reading instead
- Added a one-time 2-minute retry before falling back to stale data, so brief connectivity blips usually resolve invisibly
- Extended that same retry-then-fallback protection to NWS's hourly and daily forecast requests (previously a glitch there could silently produce no update at all for that cycle)
