UI optimizations for Emery
Weather condition is now a compact icon instead of German text, freeing up space on the dial. The day/night label is now a single colored letter (T/light yellow, N/light blue). Added hourly vibration. Heart rate is no longer shown on Gabbro (no sensor on Pebble Round 2). Several small dial-ring spacing fixes on Emery.
