Seconds are now a setting: off, on shake (the default, unchanged), or always on. Always on redraws the face every second and costs battery. Off drops the shake handler entirely -- no seconds, and no backlight on a shake either.
Added a settings page: light or dark theme, or Auto to switch at sunrise/sunset. Fixed the hour ladder lighting one tick late -- 2 o'clock was highlighting the 3rd tick, not the 2nd.
