Added support for high-contrast displays (i.e., Pebble 2) and color schemes (e.g., try setting the table color to "white" on a Pebble Time for better legibility). Also customized the icon appearing next to "Table Tennis Tracker" in the app menu.
Minor usability improvement: Gave haptic feedback whenever a disabled button is pressed
Match results updated due to undoing match point are now also added to the timeline (note that the previous results will remain but can be manually deleted if necessary).
