Pair from the iPhone's Settings > Watches. Items with notes show a small notes mark (colour watches). Section headers now appear at every section boundary. Faster splash: press any button to skip, and reopening shortly after is quicker. More reliable syncing: lists and items deleted on another device disappear, Lists refreshes when you come back to it, an open list follows changes, and offline check-offs replay in the right order.
