Description

This is a balanced ternary watch face for hours and minutes.

The top row is hours past noon.
The bottom row is minutes past the hour.

The figures sets change randomly once an hour:

The red symbols are -1, 
The black symbols are 0, and 
the red symbols are +1.

If all the negative 1 symbols were "-", 
all zero symbols were "0", and 
all positive 1 symbols were "+",
then the following would be an example.

Example of how to read.
        +    -    -   hours
   -    +    +   +  minutes
*27 *9  *3  *1

The time shown above 14 minutes before the 5th hour past noon

or 4:46 pm.

9 - 3 - 1 is the hour which = the 5th hour past noon, or 5pm.

-27  + 9 +3 +1 is the minute which = -14 or 14 minutes before the hour.
