Description

This is a balanced ternary watch face for hours and minutes and seconds.

The top row is hours past noon.
The middle row is minutes past the hour.
The bottom row is seconds past the minute.

The figures sets change randomly once a minute:
The red symbol is -1
The black symbol is 0
The blue symbol is +1

If all the red symbols were "-", 
all the blacks were "0", and 
all the blue symbols were "+",
then the following would be an example.

Example of how to read.

   -    +    +   +  minutes
   -    0    -    +  seconds

The time shown above is 29 seconds before 14 minutes before the 5th hour past noon

or 4:45:31 pm.

9 - 3 - 1 is the hour which = the 5th hour past noon, or 5pm.

-27  + 9 +3 +1 is the minute which = -14 or 14 minutes before the hour.

-27 + 0 - 9 + 1 is the second which = -29 or 29 seconds before the minute.
