Add support for Pebble Time Round
New configuration page. Should now work better with Android users.
* Update URLs from Settings -- no more deleting and re-adding
* Multiple actions in settings (you can update, delete, and add as many times as you like without the Settings closing.. Be sure to Save to Pebble though).
* Long vibrate = SUCCESS -- No longer shows confirmation page on success
* Double short vibrate = error. When an error occurs, the error details (if any were provided) are now shown.
For some reason, I can't get the Menu Icon to work properly. I am working on it though.
