This app thus has various applications like 'elderly fall alert' and 'car crash alert'. In clock mode you can also send emergency SMS by just pressing the select button.

I found a lot of type hard to read with other news reader apps, so this is my attempt to make my own.  It is very simple as it just gets the headlines, other apps can be found with more features. A simple sailing timer build by a high school sailor. It counts down from three minutes and buzzes at the ISSA highschool wistles. I am in no way an expert coder and there is most likey many bugs. I am currently attempting to learn C so a phone does not have to be present. Feel free to give suggestions or code fixes or help me convert this to C so that sailors everywhere can use it.
